Orders are usually shipped out within 1-2 business days from Toronto. Shipments are sent via ClickShip using carriers such as UPS, Fedex and Purolator with a trackable expedited service that requires 1-4 business days depending on destination. Currently, we ship across Canada and the United States.

Pick up options are available from 91 Windermere Ave, Toronto.

Returns and Exchanges

We offer a 30 day money back guarantee. If you are dissatisfied with your product, simply return the item to us and we will issue you a refund.
To initiate a return, contact us and we will advise on next steps.


*Customer is responsible for the cost of the shipping charge. We will issue a full refund for the product minus the cost of the shipping charge. If your package arrived damaged, please take a photo and contact us immediately.

WHERE ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MADE?

Our products are made in our studio in the West end of Toronto, Ontario. We are a small female owned and operated business.

WHERE DO YOU GET YOUR BEESWAX?

We source our beeswax from a small family farm in Mulmur, Ontario called Ontario Honey Creations. They pride themselves on being conscientious, knowledgeable, and responsible beekeepers.

WHAT KIND OF PACKAGING DO YOU USE?

We use glass, metal and compostable materials for all of our products. We are working hard to be 100% plastic free but at the moment, there are still some small components made of plastic. When shipping your products we use recyclable boxes and tissue paper, paper washi stickers and compostable tape.

WHAT IS THE SHELF LIFE OF YOUR PRODUCTS?

The shelf life is 1-2 years depending on the product. Each product has a sticker at the bottom indicating the best before date. Store at room temperature and out of direct sunlight.
